At MediaArms, we strive to ensure the best experience for our advertisers. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to cancel a scheduled radio ad or request a refund. Below are the details of our cancellation, refund, and exchange policies for radio advertisements:
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your radio ad campaign up to 5 days prior to the scheduled air date.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled air date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are available for campaigns canceled at least 5 days before the scheduled air date.
- If your radio ad fails to air due to technical issues on our end, you will be eligible for a full refund or an alternative time slot.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges (rescheduling) can be requested up to 3 days prior to the scheduled air date.
- Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and may incur additional charges depending on the new time slot requested.
